Atlanta United want a bidding war to start around £25 million for Miguel Almiron, who was on his way to Arsenal for just for £11.5 million.
After the midfielder was injured soon after being linked with a move to Emirates.
With only two games left in the MLS season for Atalanta, reports from the USA claimed that Miguel Almiron had played his last game for the Five Stripes.

Since then, however, the comments of the 24-year-old goalscorer’s agent have fallen by the wayside and the story of his signing dominated for a while despite it being claimed that the original comments from their president, Darren Eales, which started the frenzy.
The club and fans expect the midfielder to leave in the winter. There is, however, no certainty that will be for the Gunners as his representative said and a work permit could be a huge stumbling block for any side in England.
