Chelsea consider selling 28-year-old wideman

Inter Milan are keen on signing Victor Moses from Chelsea this transfer window, according to Sky Sports News.

Having been a key man during the west London club’s title-winning campaign in 2016/17, Victor Moses has slowly fallen down the pecking order and has been deemed surplus to requirements by new boss Maurizio Sarri and is currently on loan at Fenerbahce, after joining in the winter.

Victor Moses’ deal in Turkey runs until 2020, and the report adds that “Inter would have to negotiate his release from Fenerbahce if they want to take him to the San Siro.”

There seems to be no future at the Bridge for the 28-year-old winger, so a permanent transfer elsewhere makes sense for all interested sides.

Victor Moses has made 128 appearances for the Premier League giants, netting 18 goals along the way.

The Nigeria international’s impact back in 2016/17 will also be remembered by Chelsea fans, with the African thriving in a right wing-back role and playing in 34 of their 38 Premier League matches.

Former Chelsea star Romelu Lukaku is also wanted by Inter, as the Italian giants look to strengthen their options in the summer transfer window and Manchester United are understood to be open to selling Belgium international to Serie A club.

It is believed that the striker also wants to play in Italy as the former blues star stated that he is keen on trying himself in Serie A as he seeks new challenges.
