Everton willing to sign 24-year-old Egypt international midfielder

Everton are chasing Mahmoud Trezeguet, the international teammate of Liverpool’s Mo Salah.

Mahmoud Trezeguet thinks that the Reds have the best player in the world in their team, in the form of Mohamed Salah and will probably more be keen on joining European champions over the Toffees.

The Daily Mirror claims the Merseyside club are keen on signing Mahmoud Trezeguet from Kamsipasa this summer transfer window.

The rapid Egyptian has caught the eye of Marco Silva, and a move to the Premier League would put him in direct comparison with Liverpool’s Salah.

The two are the biggest stars of Egypt’s national team, who were knocked out of the African tournament.

Everton transfer target is a massive fan of the Liverpool player, after stating that the Champions League is the best player in the world on Twitter.

If Mahmud Trezeguet was to move to Goodison Park, he would offer a lot of the same qualities that Mo Salah brings to Liverpool, although he is less refined.

The midfielder is even quicker than his international teammate, but the Liverpool superstar is far more of a goal threat.

Everton are understood to be looking for a winger this window, so the Turkish giants’ side could prove a decent cheap option for Marco Silva’s club as the Merseyside club are linked with moves for top-class players like Diego Costa and Nicolas Pepe, with the latter being subject of the sympathy from Marco Silva.
