Liverpool ace Rafa Camacho has taken an apparent dig at Jurgen Klopp and the club’s coaching staff.
The youngster has been one of Liverpool U23s’ key players this term, often showcasing his versatility and was handed his first-team debut in the FA Cup loss at Wolverhampton Wanderers back in January.
Rafael Camacho was the U23s’ star man on Sunday afternoon, bagging a hat-trick as Neil Critchley’s men thumped Leicester City 6-0 in Premier League 2.
While many would have expected the attacker to be in good spirits after the match, he seemed to be in a more spiky mood.
Taking to Instagram, the Portuguese appeared to criticise Jurgen Klopp and other coaches for their use of him at Anfield, stating:
“I do not know whose idea it is, but I will prove that they are mistaken about my football. I’m not a right defender, I’m an attacker who scores goals. This is my DNA. Happy to score three goals and help the team in today’s win vs Leicester.”
It is not a post that will go down well with Jurgen Klopp and others at the club, with Rafael Camacho’s future already in doubt after negotiations over the new deal stalled last week.
The 18-year-old now looks even more likely to move on this summer, as he searches for regular first-team football elsewhere and Liverpool will undoubtedly cash in on the teenager as soon as possible to teach him a lesson.
