Man City planning shock move for €55m-rated Serie A goalkeeper

Man United and Man City are reportedly among the clubs interested in signing Gianluigi Donnarumma. Currently valued at €55m, the 21-year-old goalkeeper has done pretty well for Rossoneri this campaign so far, amassing ten clean sheets in Serie A, which is more than any other keeper in the league.

Manchester giants are both interested in signing Gianluigi. This report also claims that Toffees are interested in signing Donnarumma as well. Italy international has established himself as one of the best shot-stoppers in the Serie A over the past couple of seasons, and he has the capability of becoming one of the best in the world.

Red Devils and Man City currently have two quality shot-stoppers in David de Gea and Ederson, and it doesn’t look too likely that they would make a move for the Italian goalkeeper any time soon. However, it won’t be a surprise if Everton tries to sign the shot-stopper.

Man City have excellent consequences in the Premier League this campaign as they are in a second place in the table. Cityzens signed several footballers during the summer transfer window like Joao Cancelo from Juventus, Rodrigo Hernandez from Atletico Madrid and Angelino from PSV.
