Manchester United are closely monitoring Tanguy Ndombele and are in contact with his representative ahead of the summer transfer window.
The midfielder has turned heads with a string of accomplished performances for Lyon this term and Europe’s elite sides are in queue up for the 22-year-old’s services.
According to Le 10 Sport, Manchester United are in contact with Tanguy Ndombele’s entourage as they prepare to do battle for the midfielder in the summer.
However, neither side have opened serious discussions regarding a big-money move but it is anticipated that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side will make spend £200 million in the summer.
The report adds that Juventus and Inter Milan are the leaders to land the sought-after France international and Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas is demanding a fee of around €80 million (£70m) for the star.
Meanwhile Tanguay Ndombele told Canal Football Club in December that French giants were firm and they did not wanted the player to leave.
And the midfielder also did not feel that leaving was a solution and probably that was the best decision for the in-demand star.
Things are going well for the versatile midfielder and he is playing a lot of games, and he has also earned call-up to the French national team. So, for the moment it was the best decision for the 22-year-old star to stay at the club and develop his game there until making a big move to Premier League or La Liga.
Manchester United would welcome the powerhouse midfielder after letting Marouane Fellaini leave for Chinese Super League.
