Rangers held negotiations with 19-year-old promising striker

Gers will have to bide their time as they attempt to prise English youngster Rayhaan Tulloch from West Brom. The Scottish club are keeping a close eye on U18 England international ahead of his deal at the English Championship leaders expiring in the summer.

Rayhaan is aware of their interest as well as that of European big guns RB Leipzig and Marseille. However, Tulloch stays locked in talks with West Brom over a new deal, and he could remain at the club. West Brom were still in talks with the 19-year-old attacker over a new contract.

Slaven Bilic’s side had their first contract offer to the English teenager in November knocked back but returned to the negotiating table with a new offer earlier this month. West Brom are running out of time to extend his first professional deal, signed back in March 2018.

The Baggies do not want to lose the highly rated and versatile attacker, who can play down the middle as the attacking spearhead or on both flanks. Rayhaan made the fourth of his West Brom first-team games in the FA Cup win over West Ham last month after prolific form for the club’s Under-23s this campaign.
