Rangers keep a close eye on 22-year-old promising centre-forward

Gers are keeping close tabs on Dunfermline Athletic striker Kevin Nisbet ahead of winter. Rangers have been alerted to the potential of the centre-forward who has scored ten goals this campaign for the Championship club.

Scottish giants are compiling a dossier on Kevin and are planning to make regular scouting missions to assess him in the coming months. Nisbet is regarded as a forward with a real eye for goal and capable of taking his prolific form into the Scottish Premiership.

Scottish striker began his career at Partick Thistle after graduating from their youth system. Kevin made 17 Scottish Premiership appearances at the club but was released in the summer of 2018 following their relegation to the Championship.

The 22-year-old centre-forward reignited his career by dropping down a division to join Raith Rovers and banged in 34 goals from 46 games in all tournaments last campaign as they finished third in the league.

Kevin Nisbet moved back up a division to Dunfermline over the summer and Dunfermline are sixth in the Championship table after 12 matches of the season, a long way off the promotion chasers Dundee United and Ayr United.
